Overview: As the CEO and Co-Founder of 2GetherGreen, I spearheaded the development of an innovative eco-friendly grocery pickup solution designed to meet the growing digital needs of consumers in Kosovo. The project involved extensive market research, product development, and collaboration with local supermarkets to create a BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store) app.
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualized and developed the idea, aligning it with sustainability trends and the needs of the local market.
Conducted in-depth market research to identify potential clients and assess the viability of the digital grocery shopping market.
Led a dedicated team in building a Minimum Viable Product (MVP), navigating through financial and technical challenges.
Managed stakeholder relationships and worked on securing additional funding to bring the product to market.
Outcome: While the project garnered significant interest and laid a strong foundation for an innovative solution, it ultimately did not reach the market due to funding constraints. Despite this, the experience was invaluable, providing deep insights into product development, market dynamics, and the challenges of scaling a startup in a resource-constrained environment.
Overview: As part of my Master's program, I developed and presented a comprehensive guide designed to support startups in navigating the complexities of early-stage business development. The guide serves as a strategic framework, offering practical advice and tools to help entrepreneurs overcome common challenges in areas such as organizational design, strategic planning, and market positioning.
